Rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the bottom cover down with a damp cloth, making sure not to get the emery pad wet.

What can I use instead of a Ped Egg?
If you insist on removing calluses and dead skin at home, pumice stones are a great alternative to the Ped Egg. They are much gentler and less invasive than cheese grater-style filing tools, making them much safer for patients to use on their own.
How long do ped egg blades last?

I really recommend this pedicure system, you’ll save a lot of money.. just buy your ped egg and I advice you to buy the replacements because you’ll use it for sure… If you have very damaged heels like me, use it every 2 weeks and each blade will last 7 to 10 uses.
